"REC96-Box3" promotes new functionality about transport data recording and is conform to normative EN12830:2018 , EN12830 , EN13486, 37/2005, 852/2004, 93/43CEE,WELMEC e HACCP.

The device measures and records temperatures on three channels and the alarm status of two digital inputs (ie: door, defroster..) and has two analog inputs more that can control, with appropiate sensors, the technical parameters of the vehicle where the recorder is installed with the possibility to program the alarm threshold and the event recordable in memory.

The interval recording is selectable and the memory allow to store, for all the channels, until to 160 days to the frequency of 15 minutes the real or averages values, after that the new ones will delete the first stored. (if is not active "Stop with full memory").

The identification of the device is associated to the unique production serial number that is not modifiable, to a user code (ie: vehicle plate) and a company heading, settable from the user and written on printout documents.

The new function "Goods movement" stores all the data that characterize the "Delivery" or "Loading" operations performed, assigning them a progressive number and inserting them in a specific memory area suitable for containing the latest movements.

The alarms or faults parameters can be setted by the user so to check between the internal buzzer, the digital output and/or send to a remote control the intervention request. It's available the connction (with 2 wires) for long distance of synoptic repeater for temperatures and alarms. In a protect memory (Audit) are stored the last faults with its references and the user operations that concour to calculate the quality of the stored data.

REC96-Box3 include a Bluetooth class 1, so that the control and configuration of the recorder are possible by mean the application "Tooth96" for Android smartphone and PDA. There are also serial ports of comunication in a SUB9 connector and in a terminal block for the connection to other Bluetooth or "SaaS" (data transmission like from EN12830:2018 ) or a GPRS module that, beyond to send SMS of "Thermostat alarm", "Fault", "Data recorded" and "Goods movement" to 3 SIM user, also can answer to SMS command or a remote call to status or data download throught the GSM net.

With the software package "Store96" by means of a cable, Bluetooth connection or GSM module is possible to store on PC the data memory and show them in graphical, text of historical mode or generate electronic documents and printout.

REC96-Box3 is easy to install and does not require any adjustment at the time of first installation as it is already calibrated in the laboratory and equipped with automatic systems for compensating for the error deriving from the length of the cables and / or variations in the working temperature.
