The thermorecorders "REC96-T3" derive from the model "V.0" and has been planned and produced with the characteristic criteria of robustness that mark the REC96 thermorecorder line by adopting one original mechanical solution in order to lodge a 24 characters printer inside it and to obtain a compact unit proper to be fixed in the cabin of a truck or outside.
The temperature recorder was planned specifically for use in refrigerated cells of trucks, in accordance with the D.M. n°493 of the 25/09/95 and it was certified with the decree of homologation N°552138 dated 8 JULY 1997 like first accredited product made in Italy.
It meets EN12830 normative and is conform to:
EN13486, 37/2005, 852/2004, 93/43CEE e HACCP.
The device measures and records temperatures in the range between -59.5°C and +59.5°C on three distinguished channels by means of sensors PT100 with three conductors for without compromises measures.
Cyclically the temperatures are visualized on a alphanumeric display with 2 lines of 16 characters with a resolution of 0.5°C together to running Time and several messages of service informations.
Through keyboard menu, with the same display are visualized the stored temperature or are set the extreme of the printout or "Vehicle" (es. no. plate) and a 12 characters code operator printed on the ticket printout. All the menu that change the functional characteristich of the device are protected from password.
Standard recording interval is fixed to 15 minutes but it is programmabile to 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 60 min.
Data memory allows for both channels until 160 days or recording (also not following) with an interval of 15 min. after that the new data will cancel the first ones acquired .
Identity of the thermorecorder is stored in a not modifiable serial code of 8 characters.
The thermorecorder displays and prints in 5 European languages: English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
Customer has two ulterior levels of identification, the "Vehicle" (es. n° Plate Vehicle) and the "Operator" with 12 characters that will be printed on each data printout.
The internal printer use a dot impat mechanism and a cellulosa paper roll with a diameter of 30 mm and 57 mm wide.
The control circuit of printer adopts a autodiagnostic system for the protection of the mechanism against efforts derived from jams of the paper and our system "ENERGY SAVING" with total power down of the printer section if not in service.
The MODE of print is predefinable in: "Last number of days", "Mission", "Delivery" or "Last ON" in TEXT or GRAPHIC format.
The function of "Delivery" allows the release one ticket where are printed the values of the running time, identified from an automatic progressive number and the consequent memorization of last 60 events. The complete list is printable or transferable to a PC.
By the keyboard is possible to program the alarm threshold thermostat from -59°C to +59°C in step of 1°C with the activation of a bell when the temperature exceeds the alarm threshold.
