All equipment produced by Made Systems are supported by a whole range parts, so they can be repaired and reused. Normally, the repair service works over a period of 1 to 3 working days.

The calibration of the equipment we distribute is performed in the temperature range from -20 ° C to + 20 ° C. If it is agreed with the customer the process is planned and executed in about 2 days.


The support is active during the hours open to the public. (see "Contacts" section) by email.
It ensures an efficient response to any problem on the failure of equipment, installation and use of configuration and data management software.
